Co-founder & CEO
Mr. Omer is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reigo. He brings 21 years of software development and product management experience and more than 16 years in leadership of software groups worldwide, with the proven success of deployment of tens of millions of devices at tier-1 Telco’s such as Vodafone, Cablevision, BT, Telefonica …, and SW as a service product in the leading Connected Home operators.
Before joining Reigo Mr. Omer served as the GM and founder of Technicolor Israel innovation center and VP Engineering Technicolor global. In addition he held positions of Head of R&D at Jungo, managing SW deployed in 70M homes. Large scale R&D and Product executive at Cisco and Radcom. Mr. Omer holds BSc. in Computer science and Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA in Philosophy (from the TAU).
Uri Zror
Co-founder
Mr. Zror is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Reigo and Buligo Capital. Prior to joining Reigo, Mr. Zror was the CEO of Paneco, an e-commerce platform. Before that, he was the Head of SunPower Israel, a subsidiary of SunPower Corp (NASDAQ: SPWR), a leading solar panel manufacturer, where he was in charge of the development, construction and sale of multi-million solar projects in Israel. Prior to SunPower, Mr. Zror was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he consulted Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds in the fields of retail, real estate and healthcare. Mr. Zror holds BA in Accounting and Bachelors of Law from Tel Aviv University (with Honors), and an MBA from the University of Chicago (with Honors).
Itay Goren
Co-founder
Mr. Goren is Reigo co-founder Chief Investments Officer. He is the founder of Buligo Capital and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Goren has extensive experience in sourcing, negotiating, structuring, financing and closing private equity real estate transactions, investment programs, funds, and funds of funds. Prior to founding Buligo, Mr. Goren managed a multi-division operation in a leading Israeli investment firm for over 11 years where he invested hundreds of millions of dollars in equity on behalf of major institutional investors and high net worth individuals. Mr. Goren is a magna cum laude graduate of Tel Aviv University with a BA in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws, and has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Goren also served as a Major in the Israeli Defense Forces
Mevi Lavi
CFO
Mr. Lavi is the Chief Financial Officer of Reigo. He brings 20 years of global and leadership financial experience.
Prior to joining Reigo, Mr. Lavi served as the Head of Finance of Amdocs’ Open Network division (DOX NASDAQ). Prior to that, Mr. Lavi fulfilled various finance roles in Amdocs, both in Israel and in Australia, where he led global finance organizations.
Mr. Lavi was an auditor in the Bank of Israel and a senior associate in PwC.
Mevi is a Certified Public Accountant and is holding a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Oleg Branopolsky
CTO
Mr. Oleg Branopolsky is the CTO of Reigo. He brings 25 years in software development and architecture, leadership of software teams, proven experience of working in global organizations and startups.
Before joining Reigo Mr. Branopolsky served as the SW architect at Amdocs Israel and managed company Phyton community. In addition, he held positions of SW architect at Fundtech, CheckPoint mobile security. He has wide experience in developing large scale distributed systems.
Mr. Branopolsky served as an external consultant at Leumi Bank, CTO department, and Hapoalim Bank.
Mr. Oleg holds MSc. in Physics Science and Semiconductor Engineering from Chernovtzy University.
Dr. Navot Akiva
Head of Data Science
Dr. Navot Akiva is the Head of Data Science at Reigo.
Dr. Akiva is an expert in Artificial Intelligence in the fields of Data Science and Natural Language Processing (NLP). He brings 18 years of experience applying Machine Learning & Deep Learning to address AI challenges across various business sectors including ad-tech, healthcare, fintech, homeland security, customer service and others.
Dr. Akiva holds a PhD in computer science from Bar-Ilan University for his thesis on Unsupervised Authorship Attribution. He has published over 18 academic papers and has served as a peer reviewer for ECIR, JASIST, ACM Computing Surveys (CSUR), and ICWSM.
Avi Berger
Senior Data Analyst
Avi Berger is Senior Data Analyst at Reigo Investments. He has over 20 years of work experience in a varied career, working his way up in media buying agencies in the United States finishing as local media supervisor at PHD before moving to Israel in 2010. In Israel, he pivoted his expertise in data predictions to become a data analyst most recently at CrediFi where he and his team were responsible for maintaining and cleaning the company database.
Avi hails from Los Angeles, CA and now lives in Bet Shemesh with his wife and 4 children.
Elad Regev
Head of Product
Mr. Regev is Reigo’s Head of Product. He brings 16 years’ experience in product management and credit risk in Israel and the United States. He has a diverse background in fintech companies, banking, real estate debt and entrepreneurship.
Mr. Regev ran a start-up company with a B2C product used in over 15 countries. As a product manager at a fintech start-up, he led the successful implementation of an ML product in a Brazilian microfinance fund and managed over $2 billion of debt in transactions and credit ratings.
Before joining Reigo, Mr. Regev Co-founded and managed MyMaster Education, an Ed-Tech company. Additionally, he was a Product Manager at CrediGence Innovation Ltd, an ML-based B2B, FinTech company. Mr. Regev held a position of a Senior Credit Analyst and Real Estate sector lead at Standard & Poor’s, and as Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Lending Division at IDB New York.
Mr. Regev holds a B.A. in Business with a specialization in finance and marketing from the College of Management Academic Studies, and an M.B.A. with a specialization in finance from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Betty Helper is head of Marketing and Investor relations.
Betty brings with her hands on experience from a variety of companies and sectors.
Prior to joining Reigo Betty served as marketing manager of a leading industrial service distribution company. Betty also gained experience on the public sector as an in house consultant in various governmental offices as well as licensing and governmental relations for EDF EN in Israel.
Betty holds a B.A in International Relations from the Hebrew university and M.A in Security Studies from Tel Aviv University.
Roman Galay
Chief Analyst
Roman is a finance professional, specializing in business and economic development, identifying investment opportunities, raising capital and providing holistic finance solutions for real estate projects, with broad experience in all aspects of financial analysis. He managed analysis team performing due diligence and underwriting of very large spectrum of real estate investments in Israel, UK and mostly in U.S. projects include new development and existing commercial and residential properties.
Daniel Schuchalter
Investments Analyst
Mr. Schuchalter is an investments analyst at Reigo. He brings a wealth of experience in financial markets and investing. Before joining Reigo, Mr. Schuchalter headed Asset Management and Financial Analysis at Sade Capital, a real estate private equity firm specializing in multifamily and commercial real estate, overseeing management of the firm’s properties, modeling returns, and analyzing potential future opportunities. Prior to that he led the securities market risk team at Bank Leumi in Tel Aviv after spending most of his career at Goldman Sachs in the Securities Division Market Risk Group in New York. Mr.Schuchlater graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Hebrew University with a degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Zach Hirsch
Senior Analyst
Zach Hirsch is a Senior Analyst at Reigo, he brings over 10 years of experience in banking and real estate finance. Prior to joining Reigo, Mr. Hirsch served as a Senior Analyst at one of Israel’s leading global real estate private equity firms. Mr. Hirsch also served as a bank portfolio manager managing an $800M portfolio. Mr. Hirsch has experience in underwriting, portfolio management, distressed asset restructurings, as well as strategy and business development. Mr. Hirsch has a B.S. in accounting from YU.

Mr. Baum is the Head of Business Development at Reigo. He brings over 8 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining Reigo, Mr. Baum served as an origination & asset management professional at Lane Capital Partners, a boutique real estate special situations investment firm. Mr. Baum holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University.

Asaf Arieli

Asaf Arieli serves as Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions, leading Buligo’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Arieli brings over 15 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisition and management. Arieli worked in the banking industry, where he built and managed two mortgage banks that originated and sold $500M worth of loans in the secondary market. Mr. Arieli has also served as a Relationship Manager at Bridge Bank, where he managed a loan portfolio for over 20 early-stage hi-tech companies. Mr. Arieli holds an EMBA in Banking and Financial Engineering from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
